BHP's Rail Network Network Delay System
UI/UX Design
In depth research and analysis helped inform an upgraded experience for BHP to account for delays on their rail network. This involved understanding a multi-layered problem space, testing hypothesis using low-fidelity prototypes, creating a design system and high-fidelity user interface.
